St Albans Sustainability Festival 2019 11 May – 1 June #SustFest19
Sustainable St Albans is building environmental sustainability across St Albans, Harpenden and the villages. #SustFest19 is fun but serious too with a single aim to make the district more environmentally sustainable. Through choices we make in our everyday life we are destroying natural habitats, choking the oceans with plastic, decimating wildlife and causing devastating changes to the climate. The recent IPCC report said that humanity has 11 years to take emergency action to prevent disastrous global warming. We are all part of the problem, so we all need to be part of the solution.

The Sustainability Festival 2019 is taking over the St Albans Market for a whole day on Sunday 19th May which we look forward to be attending with our Rainbow Brands!

How we do this: quality over quantity; pre-loved; less packaging, reduce #singleuse plastics; recycled products, sustainable fashion, local products, making repairs.
